The Book Consultancy was founded by Sarah Williams to help authors get their books out and into the hands of their readers — effectively and efficiently.

Sarah Williams — founder

Over 80 books. Every challenge, understood.

As an author of over 80 books herself — under the names of both Sarah Williams and Sarah Matthews — and having worked for a number of years for the eminent French children's book publisher Gallimard Jeunesse, Sarah knows full well the challenges facing authors and publishers at every stage from initial idea to finished book.

Drawing on her own expertise, and on a range of highly-qualified specialists in different publishing fields, The Book Consultancy provides thoughtful, knowledgeable advice and support, together with firm commercial understanding and a scrupulous attention to detail.

Sarah is a member of the Society of Authors.
